Create a New Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Access “All contacts” and tap “+”
  4. Select an account with which to sync the contact
  5. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the right fields
  6. Tap “Done” when ready

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export”
  3. Select to “Import from storage”, “Export to storage” or “Import from SIM”
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the import / export

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Find and drag & drop the “Direct Dial” widget in an empty area on the home screen
  4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to associate with the widget

NOTE: You can add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen by repeating the steps above. You can also organize Direct Dial widgets in folders on the home screen. To create a folder, drag a Direct Dial widget and drop it on top of another.

Delete a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts” and select the desired contact
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Tap “Delete” > “OK” to confirm

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  3. Tap a call log entry to view more details
  4. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear call history”

Create a Caller Group via Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts” and access “All contacts”
  2. Select the contact you want to use for creating a group
  3. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields”
  4. Tap “Group name” > “Create new group”
  5. Enter a name for the group and tap “OK” to confirm

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts” and select the contact you want to add to a group
  3. Tap “Edit”
  4. Scroll to and tap “More fields”
  5. Tap “Group name” and select the desired caller group
  6. Tap “OK” to confirm
