Block Incoming Calls:
- Tap Contacts on the home screen
- Access All Contacts
- Select the phone number / contact you want to block
- Tap Edit > Menu and enable All calls to voicemail
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Open Contacts
- Go to All Contacts
- Tap the contact you want to unblock
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Turn All calls to voicemail OFF
Block Messages using Google Messenger:
- Open Google Messenger
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
- Tap Menu and enable People & Options
- Tap Block [phone number]
- Tap OK to confirm
Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open Google Messenger
- Tap Menu and access Archived
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you wish to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unarchive
- Tap Menu a second time and access People & Options
- Tap Unblock [phone number]
Turn Call Forwarding ON:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu and go to Settings
- Tap Call forwarding (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it is not supported by your network operator)
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to, or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap Enable to confirm
Turn Conditional Call Forwarding ON:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu
- Go to Settings and access Call forwarding
- Choose to forward incoming calls when unanswered, when unreachable or when busy
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap Enable / Update to confirm
Turn Call Forwarding OFF:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu and go to Settings
- Tap Call forwarding
- If necessary, tap the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap Disable to confirm
