Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts” and select the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Turn ON “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Open the apps drawer and launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread exchanged with the blocked contact will be archived, and so will be any future messages from the blocked contact. In addition, you will no longer receive message notifications for messages received from blocked contacts.

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Press “Menu” again and go to “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it is unsupported by your carrier)
  3. Edit and enter the phone number/contact you want to forward to
  4. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Enable”/”Update” to confirm

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, choose the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
