Create a Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Go to “Contacts” > “All contacts”
  3. Tap “+” and select the account you want to use for syncing the contact
  4. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other details in the appropriate fields
  5. When ready, tap “Done”

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export”
  3. Choose to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to storage”
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the import/export

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget over an empty area on the home screen
  4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to associate with the widget

NOTE: You can repeat the steps above and add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen for various contacts. Additionally, you can organize Direct Dial widgets in folders on the home screen, by dragging one widget and dropping it over another.

Deleting Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Tap “Delete” > “OK” to confirm

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Call history”
  3. To view more details on a call log entry, tap it
  4. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history” > “Clear call history”

Create a New Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts” and tap “+”
  3. Tap “Group name” under “Groups”
  4. Tap “Create a new group”
  5. Enter the desired group name and tap “OK”
  6. Press “Back” to confirm

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Tap & hold the desired contact to add to the group and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Group name” under “Groups” and select the desired group
  5. Tap “Back” to apply the changes
