Block Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you wish to block and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts” and select the contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Open the apps drawer and launch “Messages”
  2. Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you wish to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact/number will be archived, and you will no longer receive notifications for archived messages.

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  6. Tap “unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it’s unsupported by your carrier)
  4. Enter or select the phone number/contact you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Turn Call Forwarding OFF:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
