Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread exchanged with the blocked contact will be archived. These archived messages will not be accompanied by notifications.

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Go to “Calling accounts” and select your SIM
  5. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  6. Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “OK” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings” > “Calling accounts”
  4. Select your SIM and access “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  6. If necessary, edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off and tap “Disable”
