Create a Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Go to “Contacts”
  3. Access “All contacts” and tap “+”
  4. Select the account you want to use for contact syncing
  5. Add the contact’s name, phone number, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
  6. Tap “Done”

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import/Export”
  3. Select to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to storage”
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process

Assign Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Access “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget in an empty area on the home screen
  4. When prompted, select the contact you want to link with the widget

NOTE: You can repeat the steps above to add multiple Direct Dial widgets for additional contacts on the home screen. To do this, drag and drop one Direct Dial widget over another.

Delete a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Tap “Delete” > “OK” to confirm

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  3. To view more details on a call log entry, tap it
  4. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear history”
  5. Tap “Clear call log”

Create a New Caller Group via Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to use for contact syncing
  4. Tap “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Tap “Create new group” and enter the desired name for the group
  6. Press “OK”

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to add to the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields”
  5. Tap “Group name” and select the desired group
  6. Press “OK” to confirm
