Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Press “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. In addition, notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu”
  5. Go to “Unarchive”
  6. Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & Options”
  7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select an existing contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
