Block Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu”
  5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” OFF

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Select the message thread exchanged with the contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Go to “People & Options”
  5. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The blocked conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are turned off for archived items.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Archived”
  4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  6. Press “Menu”
  7. Go to “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
