Block Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: the conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact whose messages you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Press “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or choose an existing contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable “to confirm
