Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts” and access “All contacts”
  2. Select the contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu”
  5. Go to “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Add the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively you can select a contact from your phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Add or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively select a contact form the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
