Block Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Access “People & Options” and tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Archived”
  4. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  6. Press “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be missing if call forwarding isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off and tap “Disable”
