Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB
- On the phone, enable File Transfer / Media device at the prompt or from the Notification area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the audio files on the PC
- Copy and transfer the files to the phone storage, preferably in the Ringtones and/or Notifications directories
- Once the transfer completes, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open Settings
- Access Sound & notification
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap OK
- Optionally, enable or disable Also vibrate for calls
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: You cannot set custom ringtones for contacts located on the SIM card or the devices internal memory.
- Open Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Tap Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and press OK
Change the Notification Alert Sound:
- Open Settings
- Access Sound & Notification
- Tap Default notification ringtone
- Select the desired notification alert sound and tap OK
