Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages exchanged with the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts will be disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu”
  5. Go to “People & options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (note that this option might be unavailable if this option isn’t supported by your carrier)
  3. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  4. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
