Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Edit” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived and notification alerts will be disabled for all the archived items.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  3. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  4. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
