Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact whose calls you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived and notifications will be disabled for all archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu”
  5. Tap “People & options” > “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (note: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively you can select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
