Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB
- On the phone, enable Media device / File Transfer when prompted or from the Notification area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the audio files on the PC
- Copy and transfer the desired audio files to the phone storage in the Ringtones and Notifications directories
- Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open Settings
- Access Sound & notification
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap OK
- Optionally, turn Also vibrate for calls ON or OFF
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cant be assigned for contacts located on the phones internal memory or SIM card.
- Launch Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu > Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and tap OK
Change the Notification Alert Sound:
- Launch Settings
- Access Sound & notification
- Tap Default notification ringtone
- Select the desired notification and tap OK
