Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the desired contact
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number”
  5. Press “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived, and notifications will be disabled for all the archived items.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu”
  5. Go to “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Updated”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
