Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:
- Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB
- On the phone, enable Media File MTP at the prompt or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the PC
- Locate the audio files on the computer and copy them
- Transfer the desired files to the phone storage in the Ringtones and Notifications folders
- Once the transfer completes, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- Swipe up on the home screen from the bottom
- Open Settings
- Go to Sound
- Tap Phone ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: You cant set custom ringtones for contacts located on the phones internal memory or SIM card.
- Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen
- Go to Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Tap Set ringtone and select the desired ringtone
- Press Save to confirm
Change Notification Ringtones:
- Open Settings and go to Sound
- Tap Default notification sound
- Select the desired notification ringtone
Manage Emergency Alerts:
- Open Messages
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Wireless Alerts
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Enable or disable Allow Alerts AMBER alerts Extreme threats and Severe threats
