Share iPhone Contacts Using iTunes:
NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer with Internet access to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data and contacts with the Android device.
- Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
- Open iTunes on the PC and access Info
- Enable Sync Contacts With
- Log in with your Google account or click Configure and select an existing one
- Click Apply to start the sync
- Once done, switch to the Android device and log in with the same account used in iTunes
- Allow the account to sync contacts with the Android device
Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:
NOTE: You can share your iPhone contacts from iCloud if theyve been backed up, by signing in to the account on a computer with Internet access and exporting the contacts in a vCard file.
- Launch the Internet browser on the computer
- Visit https://www.icloud.com/
- Sign in with your iCloud account
- Go to Contacts
- Select the desired contacts
- Click Settings > Export vCard
- Follow one of the steps below:
- Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to Google Contacts, or:
- Connect the Android device to the PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import its contents to your phonebook using the Contacts app
Using My Contacts Backup:
NOTE: The methods above require a computer connected to the Internet but you can also share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third-party app you can use to back up and share contacts via email.
- Install the app on the iPhone from the App Store
- Open the app and create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
- Compose an email and attach the vCard
- Send the email to your own address and switch to the Android phone
- Open the email and download the vCard
- Import the vCard to your phonebook via the Contacts app
Using Send Anywhere:
NOTE: Another third-party app for Android and iOS you can use is Send Anywhere. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts without requiring computer access.
- Install the app on both phones from their respective app stores
- Open the app on both devices
- On the sender device, tap Send > Contacts
- Select the desired contacts and tap Send
- Select a transfer method on one of the phones and follow the prompts
