Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android device to the computer via USB
- Enable Media File on the phone, when prompted or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer and navigate to the audio files on the computer storage
- Copy the desired audio files and transfer them to the phone, in the Ringtones and Notifications directories
- Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
Change the Phones General Ringtone:
- Open Settings
- Go to Sound > Phone Ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cant be set for contacts stored on the SIM card or the devices internal memory.
- Launch Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu > set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and tap Save
Change Notification Ringtones:
- Open Settings
- Go to Sound > Default notification sound
- Select the desired notification ringtone
Manage Emergency Alerts:
- Open Messages
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Wireless alerts
- Enable or disable Allow alerts AMBER alerts Extreme threats and Severe threats
