Does anyone know if the Nokia 3650 has good polyphonic volume?

Yes it has, but it is only 4 chords. You can download a software to increase volume of the ringtones. You can also use wav format and .amr format

just to clarify the thread is about "Best Polyphonic Phone". We're talkin about the audio here. So try to forget about blue tooth, GPRS... for now. Samsung rocks. T100 sounds clean but the n620's the loudest. Have one myself and it still startles anyone who here's my ring tones

I've got a 7650 and 7210 and the 7650 can deal with real MIDIs really well with lots of channels but tends to distort a little at times. The 7210 is good but 4 channels is a bit poor (and 1 channel can count for more than 1 chord) though its sound is cleaner than the 7650.
I'm surprised no-one mentioned it but the best I have ever heard was from a Sony Ericsson T300 which had beautifully clean MIDI sampling and lots of channels - though the phone itself is lacking.

i had a sony ericsson T300 and sent it back in the first two days, not only was the ringtones only 16 chord i think but they were as quiet as a mouse, it was terrible and its colour screen, 256 colours its was rubbish
i got myself a Samsung V200 insted, beautiful fone witha beautiful screen,it lacks some areas but nothing major, and ti has beautiful rich and very loud polyphonic ringtones, in my opinion its the ebst so far that you can get

Cypher perhaps you're correct but it wasn't my phone it was my mate's. The sound is clear and crisp though quiet, yes. And as someone said above it's about the polyphonic bit not what the phone looks like/feels/weighs. Though I agree the T300's screen is appalling (actually anything without a TFT seems pretty bad compared to those like the T100, 7650, GD87, etc.) due to its lack of colours.
Re: very far back message, the 6610 and 7210 are the same hardware so surely they are both 4 channel polyphony only and not 16?

To summarize, Samsung Phones Got the most Clear Midi sound as it may reach in some phones to 40 chords and not 4 like Nokia and 16 as most of the phones.
