I got a new LG VX6000, and I just love the polyphonic tones. Very loud, and clear. I actually send them to myself from my comp.....straight midi files as well. They sound exactly as they do on the comp for the most part. Very impressed. Got my vote for the best.

Samsung V200 is definitely one good phone. I have both V200 and SE T610 and the polyphonic ringtone for v200 is definitely better than T610 and many of the Nokia phones that my friends are using. =)

samsung SCH - V300 (not out yet) has by far the best. 40 tone polyphonic with actual voices used throught the tone. can download videos too. 120k screen. heard sample and its kicks some a$$.

My choice is SonyEricsson T610, with quickshare, this phone can have midi direct transfer to your phone without having it converted, plus it have 32 midi instrument to play midi. this is a cool cool phone.

I like the SE T610... new phones come out all the time though. My friend has a P800 which is really amazing!!

gd88 is cool...
easy to download and everything.. problem smsing can be solved within days... so sad to lose it.. got stolen.... overal that phone is power.. poly ringtones is superial to most nokia's..

v200 isnt bad too... projects sound perfectly.... problem with smsing is always.. cant enter any t9 words.. and that sucks to the core.. if you are going for sounds and pic... v200 is choice no.1

Well, I just bought the Nokia 6610 and it's small, sweet and does everything and looks cool doing that.
Just don't buy the 3650, though it's got a camera and everything it's **** cuz it is way too huge in your pocket!
A friend of mine just got the SonyEricsson T610, it's sweet as well and got a camera!

i am using a samsung s200 now, with 40 polyphonic ringtone and 65,000 colors screen, i think samsung has some really nice phone...

i got a T300 - not bad tones on that, sound like they do on the PC and i havent actually tested its full ability as yet..

SPV phone is really huge, but its basically a smaller, colour version of the Nokia 9100 (or whatever number was dubbed the communicator - no good with numbers!)

T100 sounds about the same as SE phones but can be abit 'tinny' i found

and overall i heard the P800 was the best but i havent actually heard one for myself yet

i would have to say the t610. Although it MIGHT look like a TV remote, it has all the features u want, plus a onboard camera. Screen is very nice, and is very sharp...

yeah i must agree about the sound quality of the 7650.. well if u want a good ringtone sound then u can try the nokia 6800..!! i have it and it is pretty loud..! and about the t100.. well.. i cant say nething coz i m a staunch supporter of the NOKIA company
