I have been searching everywhere for info on SMS premium service with reverse billing and API for Gateway, i know very little about this but have a programmer who is asking me to provide before i can get started with my site...

the site is similar to www.jamster.com with ringtones and wallpapers and such i need to have the info on who has and where to get this service i have contacted bellsouth being as how i live in the USA i need to find a US company i have seen many pleasant looking offers and im weary to give payment for something i know very little about...

i really would love to be able to just run the service myself is this possible if so what do i need i have amny servers and are not really using them so any help would be greatly appreciated...
