At Rogers (Canada) when you need to reach an agent instead of speaking to Melanie (automatic system) ask her to reload your account for 100$ via credit card, she's unable to do that so she will transfer you to an agent right away

Re: Talk to a Person Directly, instead of a machine for cellular service's
Good day. Many mobile operators provide high-quality mobile communications, but for those who want to save a lot without sacrificing quality, it is worth paying attention to H2O Wireless, which can provide this. To better understand all the services it provides, everyone can visit the company's website, where all the necessary information is presented. And for those who want to connect to them, just call the h2o wireless number and a support representative will tell you how to become their subscriber.
