Sadly, there are only a few providers with truly unlimited data. You're right that most of them do have some type of cap, whether it be a hard cap where they shut off your data or where they charge you extra, or a soft cap where there might be throttling or reduced speeds after reaching it.

I'm with Solavei (T-Mobile MVNO). It's $49 unlimited everything. 4G data is capped at 4GB. They are doing a referral sign up program so that rate can be effectively lowered.
