I've had an iPhone for about two years or so now. However, it's really frustrating that data is capped so much, and that most providers have gotten rid of unlimited data plans. I think the most that AT&T has is 5 GB. Then the data charges are so much that you really can't go very much over.
Does anyone know of a way to get more data?

Re: Unlimited Data?
Sprint offers an unlimited data package, but the speed you get may not be as good as Verizon or AT&T 4g LTE. If you have anything under the iPhone 5 then it wouldn't matter anyway since iphone 5 is the only 4g LTE iPhone.

Re: Unlimited Data?
I have had AT&T for the past 4 years and even when I had an iphone I hated the cap, to me they are useless. I would rather pay a little more than end up being somewhat grounded. When I went from the iPhone to the Samsung Infuse I quickly opted for unlimited, and that carried over to the Galaxy that I now have.

Re: Unlimited Data?
There are a few companies out there offering unlimited data plans, so you would have to switch. Like the admin said, Sprint has an unlimited data package, and I believe T-Mobile and MetroPCS do as well. However, I'm pretty sure your iPhone wouldn't work with Metro. Not sure about T-Mobile.

Re: Unlimited Data?
Sprint is well known for their unlimited data, but as the poster above mentioned, T-Mobile also has unlimited data now, along with many other smaller providers. Many are now throttling, which means customers will experience reduced speeds after reaching a certain amount of data. Some like this better because they can use as much data as they want, they just need to wait longer for things to download, pages to load, etc.
