Call Problems

Now, my recent girlfriend has a Palm Treo 650. I keep on calling her but I cannot hear her voice. She sent me a message me that her calls may have drop outs. She said there may have been problems on her phone. What do you think is the problem?

We have the 700wx and both of us are having the same problem. I think it just might be a palm thing

Yeah, I felt the pain. I down loaded the manual and there a place in the manual that talks about a soft reset and a hard reset. There is even a reset between them, just forgot what it is called. A hard reset will wipe out everything like your address book and is only done as a last resort. The manual will tell you to remove the back cover and insert the sytlus in the reset hole until the phone reboots. Anyway, just google treo 650 manual or whatever and save it to you desktop. Good luck.

I think the problem is may be on Network IC or in microphone.

Have her use a wired or bluetooth headset to diagnose if it is the microphone.
