Viewing and Resetting the Call Log:

  1. Tap the "Phone" icon located on the home screen
  2. Access the "Call History" tab
  3. Tap "Menu" and select "Remove call history"
  4. Tap "Menu" gain and touch "Select all"
  5. Tap "Delete" and confirm by pressing "OK"

Call Blocking

Blocking Calls:

  1. While viewing the home screen, tap "Apps"
  2. Launch "Contacts"
  3. Tap "Menu" > "Manage contacts"
  4. Tap "Blocked contacts" and press the "Add" icon
  5. Perform one of the following:
    • To block an existing contact:
      1. Mark the check box next to the contact you wish to block
      2. Tap "Save"
      3. If you wish to copy the contact information to a different account before blocking it, tap "OK"
    • To block a new phone number: Enter the desired number and tap "OK"

Unblocking a Number:

  1. Tap "Apps" while viewing the home screen
  2. Tap "Contacts" and touch the "Menu" icon
  3. Tap "Manage contacts" > "Blocked contacts"
  4. Touch the "Menu" icon and select to "Remove block contacts"
  5. Select the contact(s) you wish to unblock
  6. Press "Delete" to confirm

Call Forwarding

Forwarding All Calls:

  1. While viewing the home screen, tap "Apps"
  2. Go to "Settings"
  3. Tap "Call" > "Call forwarding"
  4. Select to "Always forward"
  5. Enter the phone number you wish to forward the calls to
  6. Tap "Enable"

Forwarding Some Calls Only (Conditional):

  1. Tap "Apps" while on a home screen
  2. Go to "Settings" and tap "Call"
  3. Tap "Call forwarding"
  4. Select to "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
  5. If necessary, edit the phone number used for call forwarding
  6. Tap "Update"

Cancelling Call Forwarding:

  1. From the apps drawer, tap "Settings"
  2. Tap "Call" > "Call forwarding"
  3. Select "Always forward" and tap "Disable"

Blocking Messages

Blocking Messages or Spam from a Number:

  1. While on the home screen, tap "Messages"
  2. Tap and hold the desired message thread
  3. When the "Message options" appear, tap "Block contact"

Unblocking Messages from Contacts:

  1. Launch the "Messages" application
  2. Tap the "Menu" icon and tap "Block list"
  3. Tap "Menu" again and select "Unblock contacts"
