Making the leap from Symbian (N75) to WinMo and the HTC 8525.
Any tricks, tips or helpful hints, being that I'm new to the 8525 would be great, thanks!

Re: HTC 8525 (Tytn)
Probably the first thing is to upgrade to WM6 and tweak for better battery performance. Using it's features tend to burn the juice rather quickly. You can also buy an extended battery, but then it makes the 8525 bigger than it already is. You can also try these ff aps: Pocket Informant, SPB backup, Magic Button, eWallet, Microsoft Voice CMD, IM+, Skype. You can find them, and others, at Handango or Mobihand.
If you're not comfortable with using the IE browser, you can use Opera Mini. Opera Mini is great, but I've found that using it on certain sites (even Cell Phone Forums) doesn't work that well.Favorite Quote:

thanks, will be looking into those apps. Already upgraded to winmo 6, works great.
The only thing I dislike about the phone is the camera...otherwise it's pretty awesome!

Yeah, the camera on the 8525 blows. The flash isn't even that helpful either when picture taking. What's nice about the LED is that it can be used as a flashlight.
