Unlock HTC Legend Virgin Mobile Canada....?

Hi there,

I was wondering if I can unlock my HTC Legend with Virgin Mobile (Canada) and I emailed them the other day and they told me that they don't allow their members to unlock their phones at the moment. I'm looking to go from Virgin Mobile to Fido, and I need to unlock my phone for it, of course. Since I'm in Canada, I am on a WCDMA network, not GSM. Is there a code that will work with WCDMA at the moment? Thanks for the help. I'm new to the forums.
