News: Windows Phone 7.5 Mango runnning on the HTC Mazaa

Microsoft is giving away the HTC Mazaa handset to the winners of the WPAppItUP app development competition. This handset is the same handset that was featured back in April in which was said to be headed to Sprint.

If the handset looks familiar, it should. The handset has a lot of the same features and design as the HTC Trophy and is said to run faster than the HTC HD7 handset. The HTC Mazaa runs on Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, which is the RTM version of the OS.

As far as the handset coming to Sprint...that will never happen according to Microsoft as this handset is considered to be a developer phone only.
