Micro SD problem

So I'm trying to add music to my phone and I have a 32gb microsd.. I try using doubletwist but dont know how to have it add it to the sd card and it keeps trying to do it to the phone storage. So I put the micro sd in an adapter and copy the music to it... now some of it copies fine, and the others turn into this

What phone are you referring to? Was the card formatted in the phone? What brand is the card?
