Call Forwarding and Call Log Management

Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):

1. Tap "Apps" while on the home screen
2. Go to "Settings" and tap "Call"
3. Tap "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
4. Type in the number you wish to forward the calls to
5. Tap "Enable"

Forward Some Calls Only (Conditional Forwarding):

1. Tap "Apps" while viewing the home screen
2. Access "Settings" and tap "Call" > "Call forwarding"
3. Select to "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
4. Enter the phone number you wish to forward the calls to
5. Tap "Update"

Cancel Call Forwarding:

1. Launch the apps drawer and go to the "Settings" menu
2. Tap "Call" > "Call Forwarding"
3. Tap "Always forward" and select "Disable"

Viewing and Resetting the Call Log:

1. Tap the "Phone" icon while on the home screen
2. Swipe the screen to access the "Call History" tab
3. Tap the "Menu" icon and select to "Remove call history"
4. Tap "Menu" and choose "Select all"
5. Tap "Delete" and press "OK" to confirm

Call Blocking

Blocking Calls from a Number:

1. From the home screen tap the "Apps" icon
2. Launch the "Contacts" application
3. Tap "Menu" > "Manage contacts"
4. Tap "Blocked contacts" and press the "Add" icon
5. Perform one of the following sets of steps:
   
   • To block a number from the phone:
     
     1. Mark the check box associated with the contact you wish to block
     2. Tap "Save"
     3. If you wish to copy the contact information to another account before blocking it, tap "OK"
   • Add a number:
     
     1. Enter the phone number you wish to block
     2. Tap "OK"

Unblocking a Phone Number:

1. Tap "Apps" from the home screen
2. Launch "Contacts"
3. Tap the "Menu" icon and select "Manage Contacts"
4. Tap "Blocked contacts" and touch the "Menu" icon
5. Tap "Remove block contacts" and mark the contacts you wish to unblock
6. Tap "Delete"

Message Blocking

Blocking Messages / Spam:

1. While viewing the home screen, launch the "Messages" application
2. Tap and hold the desired message thread
3. When the "message options" appear, tap "Block contact"

Unblocking Messages:

1. Launch the "Messages" application
2. Tap "Menu" > "Block list"
3. Tap the "Menu" icon and select "Unblock contacts"
