Block Calls:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “People”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
  4. Tap “Blocked contacts” > “Add”
  5. Perform one of the following:
    • To block a number: enter the number and tap “OK”
    • To block contact:
      1. Select the contact by checking the box next to it
      2. Tap “Save”
      3. To copy the contact information to a different account before blocking it, tap “OK”

Unblock a Contact / Number:

  1. Access “People”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
  3. Tap “Blocked contacts”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Remove block contacts”
  5. Select the desired contact / phone number to unblock
  6. Tap “Delete”

Block Messages:

  1. Launch the “Messages” app
  2. Tap and hold the conversation exchanged with the number you want to block
  3. Tap “Manage options” > “Block contact”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Press “Menu” > “Block list”
  3. Tap the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”

Forward Calls:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Enable”

Forward Certain Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open the apps drawer and access “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered”, or “Forward when unreachable”
  4. Enter the number to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Update”

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Tap “Always forward”
  4. Tap “Disable”
