Create New Contact:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Launch “People”
  3. Tap “+” and enter the contact’s name
  4. Tap the button under “Contact Type” and select “Phone”
  5. Tap the button under “Phone” and select a number type
  6. Enter the contact’s phone number and other optional details in the appropriate fields
  7. When ready, tap “Save”

Import / Export Contacts (SD Card):

  1. Open the “Apps” drawer
  2. Launch “People” and tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Manage contacts” > “Import / Export contacts”
  4. Select to “Export to SD card” or “Import from SD card”
  5. Select the desired contacts or alternatively, tap “menu” > “Select all”
  6. Tap “Save”

Import / Export Contacts (SIM Card):

  1. Launch “People”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
  3. Tap “Import / Export contacts”
  4. Select to “Import from SIM card” or “Export to SIM card”
  5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Menu” > “Select all”
  6. Tap “Save” to confirm

Delete a Contact:

  1. Launch “People” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Delete contacts”
  3. Select the contacts you want to remove
  4. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Assign a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Speed dial”
  3. Tap “+” and select the desired contact, or use the “Search” field
  4. Tap the button under “Number” and select the phone number you want to add to speed dial
  5. Under “Location”, select the button you want to use for speed dial
  6. Tap “Save”

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call history”
  3. To view more details on a call log entry, tap it
  4. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” > “Remove call history”
  5. Tap “Menu” > “Select all” > “Delete”
  6. Tap “OK” to confirm

Create a New Caller Group:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access the “Groups” tab
  3. Tap “+” and enter the desired name for the group
  4. Tap “Save” to confirm

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Groups” and select the desired group
  3. Tap “+”
  4. Mark the check box(es) associated with the contact(s) you want to add to the group. Optionally you can use the “Search” field to find the desired contacts
  5. Tap “Save” to confirm
