Block Calls:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “People”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
  4. Tap “Blocked contacts”
  5. Tap “Add” and follow one of the steps below:
    • To block an existing contact from phonebook: check the tick box associated with it and tap “Save”. Optionally you can tap “OK” to save the contact information to a different account before blocking
    • To block a new phone number: enter the phone number and tap “OK” to confirm

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “People” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Manage contacts”
  3. Tap “Blocked contacts”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Remove blocked contacts”
  5. Select the desired contact and tap “Delete”

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
  3. In the “Message options” pop-up, tap “Block contact”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Block list” and select the phone number / contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”

Turn On Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Settings” and tap “Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
  5. Tap “Update” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off and tap “Disable”
