Block Calls from a Contact/Phone Number:
- Launch People
- Tap Menu > Manage contacts
- Access Blocked contacts
- Tap Add and perform one of the steps below:
- To block incoming calls from a contact: tap it and then tap Save. Optionally you can also tap OK to store the contact information to a different account before blocking the contact
- To block calls from a phone number: enter it and tap OK
Unblock Calls:
- Open People
- Tap Menu > Manage contacts
- Access Blocked contacts
- Tap Menu > Remove blocked contacts
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap Delete
Block Messages:
- Open Google Messages
- Tap and hold the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to block
- Select Block contact in the Message options pop-up
Unblock Messages:
- Open Messages
- Tap Menu
- Access Block list
- Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
- Tap menu > Unblock contacts
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Launch Settings
- Access Call > Call forwarding
- Select to Always forward
- Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap Enable
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Launch Settings
- Access Call > Call forwarding
- Select to Forward when unreachable Forward when unanswered or Forward when busy
- Tap Enable / Update
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
- Tap Disable to confirm
