7 MP is going to take up lot of space for good quality photos

better have 1 gig card to hold some photos
The best provider gives you a plan with the minutes you need at the right price. The coverage that you need to make calls all the time.

    Dude...

Don't buy it. All of my friends bought it and now they are all getting a new phone because of reception, ringtones, and the screen.

yeah, I don't suggest getting one, I have one, and I don't like it too much. It doens't ahve a camera, the screen gets scratched too easily, you need to buy a cord to get ringtones/wallpapers. and it barely comes with any games. oh yeah, and the keypad is hard to type fast on

Ringtones and wallpapers are easily replaced. Reception is as good as any other cell phone I've ever used, if not better, everywhere I've been in numerous states. Only thing that sucks is that the games aren't particularly fun.

Oh, and digital cameras on phones are basically toys - even the really high-res ones use microscopic imagers that lose all your detail to noise, and most of them have terrible quality plastic lenses as well.

You want photos, use a real camera. You wouldn't use your camera to make phone calls, or your toaster to make photocopies, would you?

I agree totally. Ive no problem with mine. I have the cricket service, and funny enough- it works great (of course mines a se47). The speakerphone works like a charm. No, it doesn't have a camera- but I agree with gweilo8888 that the cameras on phones are just a waste of effort- get a real camera if you want pics.

If you want to complain about dents and scratches, quit dropping it and get the leather case that fits it perfectly! from radio shack...bottom piece slides in clear plastic while sliding piece slides right over the plastic. So you can use it without taking it out of the case.

The games do suck- the keys are small- and wallpaper and ringtones are boring. Though with a cable, ringtone and wallpaper issues will be a thing of the past.

I don't care what the viewers say about the se47. Even today it gets looks and great reception. I may not have a major service like verizon, sprint, tmobile, etc....
    but it works wonders....

dont care... I give it 4 1/2 stars............

...a digital camera which has a resolution of 3 MP (three megapixels) - which means that images taken with the camera contain a total of three million "pixels", or "dots".

well the SE47 comes with Tetris, Brick Attack, Race 21 (card game), and the doodler.....I don't like the ringtones nor the wallpapers that come with it...but if you put ur own (either wap or data cable)..it could be pretty cool....it is able to read mp3s for ringtones but does not have that much memory...and I never really had any problems with the reception...sounds pretty good.

Concerning voice quality and RF quality. No wonder it didn't last long on Verizon's network.
