I have set up several groups and would like to send a text message to everyone in the group at one time. If I go to messaging and tap + for new message it does not give me access to the groups. Your choices are to select from the contact list or select to start group message, in which case you can select individual contacts for this particular message but you cannot select a group which is already in contacts, and already has the contacts you want for the message.

This has been a nightmare ongoing problem on every single one of my last 4 or 5 phones. I simply wish to send a single message to a large group all at the same time and without having to select the participants each and every time. I need to send to about 200 people each time. The best I have been able to do is break these 200 people into groups of about 20 and send each group one at a time. Even doing this is a hassle since my phone will send 4 or 5 of the groups and then stops sending for about an hour. Like clockwork after 1 hour I can send another 4 or 5 groups of 20 or so. This has been on multiple phones over the years. The only constant has been using Sprint.

Another issue associated with every app I try is that the replies come back as multimedia messages and everyone in the group get them. This is also a problem. I need for the replies to come back to me only. So basically each message sent to each person in the group (preferably all 200 at once), needs to be sent as a basic SMS message with the replies coming to me only. This seems a bit complicated but is actually very simple and should be a walk in the park in a time where we have super collider’s, supercomputing and superman.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
