I have the above cell phone & have a problem with it. The phone will not power up. I see, at times, after removing & reinstalling battery, a message that states "phone precharging, unable to power up..." and an icon of the battery charging. I replaced battery & I do not get any message, but phone still does not power up. The battery charger is good. This problem occurred soon after I opened my internet browser. The screen suddenly went blank & heard no sounds or keyboard lighting, etc. I have a lot of data I need to recover. The data is all I am concerned about recovering. I'd appreciate any reply from you soon. Thank you in advance.
