What program do i use with my data cable?

Basically its sipmle... ijust want to know what program i should use to send ringtones to my phone throuigh my data clable for my LG 1300C phone?

Anybody have an LG GSM phone ttrying to use Bitpim because it dosent work? anyother programd dammit?!!??!

Thanks, but i have tried this.... I dont have WAP on my phone and LG dosent make "LG Contents Bank" fror my phone... I tried a software for another lg phone and it dosent work? anybody else??
