the phone was 2 weeks old when all of a sudden the screen never worked again.. ive since replaced the phone on service but it would call in and out and i didnt notice a problem other than the screen
does anybody know what i can do to fix this?.. i asked the dude at verizon earlier today and he said it sounds like its a defective screen and that i would have to call lg and talk to them about paying to get it repaired as it isnt under warrenty and they couldnt swap it out or anything

it was around 3 weeks old when it happened.. they said they cant warrenty it when i asked the dude that ive been friends with at verizon.. and hes hooked me up with a vx7000 for $80 about a year ago when they were 150 after rebates and took back my 3 month old 6000.. they dont want nothin to do with the 3200 for some reason

Try a different Verzion store, and this time don't give them details on how you got your phone and what friends you have at Verizon.....big mistake.
