when a call is made to my wifes lg you get the "(tone)your call cannot be completed as dialed...".had this prob once before and service tech reprogrammed it. this time, however, he claimed it got wet-due to battery indicator-it`s never been near water, but the black was gone. it will call out-(you no longer need to use the local area code though), and it will even receive her soap updates/alerts. it was fine until she added more prepaid minutes when it was very low/ running out. no water staining on plastic case or circuit board, even the batt terms were fine when i cleaned them (q-tip moistened w/rubbing alcohol). is this a software defect? i can`t afford to buy a new phone. any ideas?
