LG C2000 wrong ringtone plays; image issues

Hello all. My fiance and I have had our LG C2000's for about a month now and we love them! However, recently something started happening that niether of us can explain. We've been both using the same ringtones since we got our phones. Although I've downloaded many new tones, I still use that cool latin ringtone that sounds like the Sex In The City song. Anyway, when both our phones ring now, the only ringtone that will play is "The Nature" ringtone. We've both tried switching our ringtones to something different, but when our phones ring all you hear are birds chirping. Is something wrong with our phones all of a sudden? Is their a way to make out phones ring with another ringtone, or are we stuck with chirping birds?

Also, is there any way to transfer images sent my phone into my picture gallery so I can use them as photo-caller ID?

RESOLVED: It turns out that if you add a "Group" tag to an existing phone number in your address book, it set's the "Group" ringtone to "Tha Nature" by default. Just go to "Caller Groups" and select "Options." From there you can change the group ringtone to whatever you like. Hope this helps anyone who has encountered a similar problem. =)
