    hey all

    my vx5200 is frozen. the screen is stuck on the start up screen. ive taken the battery out and turned it on again and nothing. anyone have any suggestions? thanks.

    your not going to be able to do anything with that phone. take it into a store and they will give you a replacement or give you a loaner phone and send your other phone off for warranty. you will probably get a refurbished phone.
