LG3200 Can't hear

The speakerphone portion of the LG 3200 works, but when I place a call or receive one, I can't hear. Any suggestions?

Wow, there seems to be a lot of this going around lately.

It could be that the speaker wire has come lose or is shorting out. If so, it's going to cost about as much to have the phone fixed as it would be to get a new phone.

One other thing, it doesn't by chance say "Car Kit Mode" at the bottom of the screen does it?
