New to the world of the 8300! Help!

My daughter is getting her new phone tomorrow. It will be a VX-8300. What do I need to know about this phone?

How do I do ringtones?

Where is a good place to buy accessories?

What software do I need to work with the phone (if I can)?

Where do I get a data cable?

We are going to use the micro-SD card that was in her V710 phone. Is the directory structure the same or are things different?

Anything else you think I should know?
