I've searched for an answer before I posted but found none..
Here's my problem: I have a vx6100. My phone worked fine. Went to bed, woke up next morning and the inside screen is condensed to the top part. I cannot see anything or do anything. I have removed the battery many times trying to reset it. Nothing.
Thank goodness for the Driving Mode because it is the only way I can make a call. I cannot see anything on the inside screen..Any ideas what has happened and how it can be fixed, or is it time to send it to cell phone heaven?
Thanks for any help..

Re: Condensed screen
Hmmm....sounds like the phone somehow got wet. You need to check the battery to see if the water indicator has changed color's.
If so, more than likely, your going to have to get a new cellphone.

Re: Condensed screen
Thanks for the reply. I don't think it got wet because it stays in my purse all day and at night it goes on the table next to my bed. No liquids of any kind in my room. I will still check the water indicator. Where should I look?
Thanks

Re: Condensed screen
Oh..sorry...pull the battery out...and look on the back of the battery towards the bottom.
You will see a small round circle in the plastic of the battery. If all is good, you should see small red X's on a white background.
If not, you will see a red or pink area in the circle. This indicates the phone has been subjected to some kind of moisture.

Re: Condensed screen
My son and I both looked at the battery but we didn't see what you were describing. Thanks anyway, I guess I will just deal with it and wait till Oct. when I am eligible for my free upgrade. Or I will just go on Ebay and buy a used one. Thanks again...
