LG KE820 - Looking for software

Currently living in Seoul Korea.
Bought an LG KE820 second hand.
Want to hook it up to my PC to fill it with MP3s etc.
Don't have software or drivers.
My PC does not recognize the phone.
Where do I get the necessary tools to connect my PC and phone?

Download the PC Sync software from this page: LG Mobile :: Welcome to LG Mobile

Make sure to install the USB modem driver. Change the USB connectivity setting on the phone to Data (not mass storage).

That should work.
